The Mission of the BC Pilots Association is to Get More Pilots Flying to More Places. To bring BC Pilots and Flying Groups together to advance and promote Recreational and General Aviation in British Columbia.

March 4th to 10th, is Women of Aviation Worldwide Week. WOAW is a global aviation awareness week for girls of all ages observed to mark the anniversary of the world’s first female pilot licence.
March 9th, Saturday. WOAW 'Fly it Forward' event at Glacier Air at Squamish Airport (CYSE). There will be free flights to girls/women and special female guest speakers from different aviation careers.
March 9th and 10th, Saturday and Sunday. 'Girls Fly Too' at Abbotsford Airport from 9am-5:30pm on both Saturday and Sunday (March 9-10). Many booths, activities and flights to introduce women to aviation.
March 10th, Sunday. The Delta Air Park monthly Pancake Breakfast fundraiser from 9:00am to 11:00am. The breakfasts are to raise money for Air Park events, and this month it is hosted by the Boundary Bay Flying Club. Fly in or drive in and bring your friends and kids for a fun day at the Air Park. Only $5 for pancakes, egg, ham or sausages, coffee and juice, what a deal.
March 10th, Sunday. Daylight Savings Time starts, so spring forward and change your clocks ahead one hour from 2:00am to 3:00am
March 20th, Wednesday. It is Spring already. March 20th at 2:58pm is the Spring Equinox and the first day of Spring.
